The position will be affiliated with our offices in Washington, DC, St. Louis, MO, and Austin, TX, though the location is flexible. This position will lead a wide range of market and financial analysis, program management support, and procurement management activities in support of state, local, and higher education clients. Additional areas of potential responsibility could include but are not limited to, real estate advisory, business development, and client service.   The successful candidate will serve in a management consulting capacity working closely with senior executives to deliver innovative solutions to key public sector and higher education clients.  Current engagements include real estate market analysis, financial and strategic feasibility analysis, public-private partnerships, program/project management, real estate strategy, highest and best use studies, large-scale, mixed-use development advisory and financial oversight, transaction execution, asset monetization, analysis of financing and ownership structures, and a full range of real estate and infrastructure transaction advisory services.

We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer/Design Lead to join our Engineering team at Hayat Brown. The position will be affiliated with our offices in Washington, DC.
