Job Description

We are currently seeking a Real Estate Manager to join our P3 | Infrastructure | Real Estate advisory group. The position will be affiliated with our offices in Washington, DC, St. Louis, MO, and Austin, TX, though the location is flexible. This position will lead a wide range of market and financial analysis, program management support, and procurement management activities in support of state, local, and higher education clients. Additional areas of potential responsibility could include but are not limited to, real estate advisory, business development, and client service.   The successful candidate will serve in a management consulting capacity working closely with senior executives to deliver innovative solutions to key public sector and higher education clients.  Current engagements include real estate market analysis, financial and strategic feasibility analysis, public-private partnerships, program/project management, real estate strategy, highest and best use studies, large-scale, mixed-use development advisory and financial oversight, transaction execution, asset monetization, analysis of financing and ownership structures, and a full range of real estate and infrastructure transaction advisory services.

Senior Civil Engineer/Design Lead – Transportation Infrastructure

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer/Design Lead to join our Engineering team at Hayat Brown. The position will be affiliated with our offices in Washington, DC.

This position will lead and mentor a team of engineers in the preparation, organization, and submission of drawings related to transportation and related infrastructure projects.  Attend meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to establish their needs and discuss design.  Manage the development of contract documents and ensure that quality control procedures are followed throughout the plan development process. Administrative Coordinator 

Job Description 

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Administrative Coordinator to support the P3 practice with administrative functions and assist in the firm’s operational functions.  An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, seeks a challenging role and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to senior management.   

Specific responsibilities will include:  

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on senior staff’s behalf

  • Communicating with teams and assisting with project management 
  • Subcontract agreement support  
  • Government contract management and invoicing 
  • Coordinating with prime- and sub-contractors on contracting and invoicing matters
