Description:

A design-build project to provide infrastructure improvements to the 170 acre site.  The Project included reconfiguring existing roads, total reconstruction of roadways and utilities, installation of unique street lighting systems, designing DOEE-compliant stormwater management system, and constructing the overall drainage system.

Hayat Brown’s Role:

Obtaining two raze (demolition) permits, three DDOT occupancy permits, and one civil/sitework permit and managing DDOT public space coordination.
