Description:

The District Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) in partnership with the National Park Service (NPS), Rock Creek Park (ROCR) intends to implement a comprehensive restoration project to address the current degraded conditions in the Pinehurst Branch Stream, including eroding banks; invasive vegetation, and exposed sewer lines.

Hayat Brown’s Role:

Preparation of an EA, a Wetland Delineation Report, and a Decision Document, which will be either a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) or Notice of Intent (NOI) covering 7,900 feet of degraded stream and endangered wildlife habitat.
