Customer Upgrades at Metro Stations

Improvement of customer-facing amenities at all metro stations, with the goal of providing a more customer focused experience from the time a customer enters a station to the time they board a train.

Hayat Brown’s Role:

Assessed the platform assets, including the new Kiosk Information Displays (KIDs), for 79 WMATA stations in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC and documented their existing condition and customer usability.
